1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and EzyCore (“EzyCore”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the EzyCore platform — the web application, the online store it publishes on your behalf, and this website.

By creating a workspace, or by using EzyCore in any way, you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

EzyCore is a sole proprietorship registered in Bangladesh, operating under trade licence no. 26291101519000229 issued by Azimnagar Union Parishad, Bhanga, Faridpur. These Terms are made with that business. If you need the proprietor's name or our registered address — for your own records, a contract, or a due-diligence check — email us and we will provide them.

2. The service

EzyCore is a subscription platform for inventory, sales, purchases, accounts, reporting and a branded online store. Each business gets its own isolated workspace, and the features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

We improve the platform continuously, so we may add, change or remove features over time. Where we intend to remove something you materially rely on, we will give you reasonable notice first.

3. Your account

The first account created for a workspace is the owner account, which has full control over users, roles and settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping credentials secure, and for everything done under the accounts you create.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account or your workspace has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use EzyCore lawfully. You must not:

• sell or list goods you are not legally permitted to sell
• upload malware, or probe, breach or disrupt the platform or any other workspace
• reverse engineer the platform, or resell or white-label it except as your plan expressly permits
• use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages
• infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights

5. Your data

Everything you put into your workspace — products, customers, suppliers, orders and documents — remains yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build products for anyone else. We process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends we retain your workspace for a limited period so you can reactivate or export it, after which it may be permanently deleted.

That period is 90 days from the end of your subscription. Within those 90 days you can reactivate or export the workspace; after them it is permanently deleted. Invoices and other financial records are kept for longer where tax and accounting law requires — see “How long we keep it” in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your online store and your customers

If you publish an online store, you are the merchant. You set your prices, delivery terms and refund terms, and you are responsible for fulfilling orders, for the accuracy of your listings, and for complying with consumer-protection and tax law wherever you sell.

For your shoppers' personal data you are the controller and EzyCore is your processor — we handle that data to operate the store on your instructions, and your own privacy notice governs it.

7. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose — monthly, six-monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each interval unless you cancel beforehand. Standard-price subscriptions renew at the price then current for the plan. Payment is taken through our payment processors; we never receive or store your full card details.

If you subscribe at a launch or promotional price, that price stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted — renewals continue at the price you signed up at, not the current list price. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the price then current applies.

8. Trial, cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans begin with a free trial and no card is required to start. You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten an interval you have already paid for, and you keep access until that interval ends.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If EzyCore is not right for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full — you do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

The guarantee covers your most recent payment. It does not apply to intervals that ended more than 14 days ago, and requesting a refund ends your access to the workspace for the interval refunded.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep EzyCore available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the platform down for maintenance, and will aim to schedule it outside peak hours and give notice where we can.

We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee or a guaranteed response time at this stage. Support is available by email and by phone — both are listed at the end of this document — and we aim to reply within one business day. If we introduce a formal service-level commitment, we will publish it here.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a workspace where payment fails and remains unpaid, where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where the workspace puts the platform, other customers or their data at risk. Where circumstances allow we will contact you first and give you the chance to put it right.

You may stop using EzyCore at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive — ownership, liability limits, governing law — continue to apply after termination.

11. Intellectual property

EzyCore, its software, design and brand are ours and remain ours. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for as long as that subscription is active.

Your brand, your content and your data remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, display and process them in order to run the service for you — for example, to render your logo on your storefront and on your printed invoices.

12. Disclaimers and liability

EzyCore is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the figures and reports it produces are fit for any particular legal, tax or accounting purpose. You remain responsible for verifying your own books, VAT returns and statutory filings.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to EzyCore is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or the cost of reconstituting lost data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product and the law change. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use EzyCore after that means you accept the updated Terms.

The date shown at the top of this page is always the date of the current version.

14. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of EzyCore, are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
