Can my price go up later?

If you subscribe on a launch or promotional price, that price stays locked while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Standard plan pricing may change as described in our Terms. If you cancel and return later, the price available at that time applies.

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want us to do the setup for you. Signing up and running EzyCore yourself costs nothing beyond your plan, and the 15-day trial needs no card. If you would rather our team imported your catalog, configured your locations, VAT and storefront, and trained your staff, that is a one-time setup service — scoped and quoted for your business before anything is charged.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed in BDT — pay by bKash, card, or other local methods. Every plan is available monthly or yearly; annual billing costs less per month. New workspaces start with a 15-day free trial, no card required.

Is the online store included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes the full online store — your branded storefront, online orders, coupons and campaigns, Pathao, Steadfast and eCourier delivery, and a free EzyCore subdomain. You can also connect a domain you own; domain registration and renewal are not included. Growth adds synchronized inventory, and Business adds counter sales using that inventory.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or switch to yearly billing at any time from your workspace billing settings and it takes effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades and switches back to monthly take effect at the end of your paid period, so you keep what you have already paid for. Your data is preserved either way.

What counts as a tenant?

Accepted Answer

Each business that signs up gets one isolated, branded workspace. Your plan limits — locations, users, products — apply within your own workspace only.

Is my data isolated from other businesses?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Every workspace's data is tenant-isolated; no business can ever see another's products, sales, or records. Security and isolation are core to the platform.
